How Can I Contact You?

You can find details on how to contact me via various methods here:

  2. You can contact us via the Chat Button on the bottom left of any page of this site, if we are not available (we are offline) you can still leave a message via the chat feature and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
By submitting a ticket or chat you confirm that you authorise Talkytoaster to use the data you supply in relation to our products and services; Your data will be only used in full compliance with the GDPR and related privacy/data handling laws, as laid out in our Privacy policy.

For those of you that are not comfortable using computers or apps, you will have the option to call in rather than use an app (web meeting/VOIP).

You will need to click on the link sent to you in the meeting booking email (on your computer, Mac, Windows, Linux or Chromebook, or your smartphone). This will use Zoom Meeting. If you use a computer you will need to use a headset unless it has a built in microphone and speakers.

There are local dial-in numbers for most countries (listed here), so you can use your landline/mobile if you prefer. However, you still need to book a meeting with us.

Finally, If you want to call me for support or advice, then you can call us on one of these telephone numbers:

  • +44 (0)1403 888 236 - For UK customers (calls are charged at normal UK rates, calls from mobiles or from outside the UK may be higher).
  • +1 914 465 0078 - For US and Canadian customers (calls are charged at normal US rates, calls from mobiles or from outside the US/Canada may be higher).

If I'm unable to take your call you can leave a voicemail with your contact details and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Please note: All support is only available in English (or via Google Translate, where you don't speak/read/write English).

If you are contacting me to check on your order status, please check your email spam folder before, as some email services may erroneously see the email as spam. This will save your time, and mine.
