If you have accidentally supplied an incorrect (mistyped, old email address, etc.) or "fat-fingered" your real email address when placing an order on out site, we will know, and if you have supplied a valid telephone number we will reach out to you (UK, Canada and USA only) to validate what the correct email address is.
If the phone number is incorrect, then we can't reach out to you and you will need to contact us via your real email address, quoting your order number, date of order, payment method, etc. We will then (once verified) adjust your order to the correct email address.
However, we can't reach out to everyone, so please, please ensure that your email address is correct when placing an order; this will save both your and our time, and save headaches, gnashing of teeth, harsh language, anxiety and hair-pulling all round (assuming you still have hair?).
