Placing any order via our sites is legally binding and confirms your full acceptance of and agreement to be legally bound by our terms and conditions (which you must acknowledge when placing an order/donation).
The license is legally binding between Talkytoaster and the original purchaser (customer) of the map, map card, etc. You have NO rights to reassign or transfer this license, as it would breach the legal agreement that you confirmed that you were accepting when purchasing/donating via our sites.
The license allows you to use the Talkytoaster maps on as many Garmin devices that you personally own, for personal, non-commercial use (at no extra cost, unlike Garmin's own maps). If you want to use the Talkytoaster maps in a commercial setting (business, organisation, etc.) please reach out to us to discuss your intended use and the number of devices that you want to use the maps on.
All Talkytoaster maps are licensed to you personally (not sold), this license for use is for just you and it is NOT transferable. In other-words, you MUST REMOVE/DELETE the map from the card or device if you plan on selling, part exchanging or giving away the device.
You must REMOVE the map/map card when you no longer wish to use/own the device.
You are NOT allowed to share, sell, give away, or include the maps on devices or on any other media that you are selling, part exchanging or giving away or share/publish the download link or other material created/offered by Talkytoaster.
Furthermore, this also applies if you receive a device/card with the map installed on from a third party (as they have NO RIGHTS to share or supply the map, or maps).
All rights are with the original customer/purchaser, and you must legally remove the illegally shared map from the card/device, that you have received/purchased fro the third party, otherwise both the third party, and you, are breaking the law (both my copyright and the original license and terms and conditions of supply/use).
