What support do you offer?

According to our customers, our support is "legendary" as not only do we respond quickly (dependent on the time of day/night you reach out), but we also offer unbiased advice and are very transparent and honest about mapping solutions and benefits of different maps and Garmin devices.

We have over 20 years of experience and knowledge of Garmin devices and over 17 years of producing maps for them.

Basic support and advice is offered at no cost.

However we also offer more in-depth support and training; both of which we charge for (this can be purchased via our shop site).

We also offer the option to remotely install the map (or maps) to your own device or MicroSD card using remote access tools, such as Zoom.
