Having Issues Accessing the Subscription Site (Login/Maps, etc.)

If you are experiencing any issues when logging in or accessing the maps that you have a subscription for; please check that:
  1. the subscription hasn't expired.
  2. you are using the correct login credentials (they are case-sensitive).
  3. that you have accepted all our cookies.
If the above fails, and you still have a valid (active) subscription, then please try one or more of the following:
  1. clear the browser cache, cookies and history or try another browser instead (Chrome of Firefox works best).
  2. reboot your computer.
  3. reboot your internet router/modem.
Instructions for clearing your browsers cache, cookies, etc. can be found below:

In Chrome:
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

In Firefox:
  1. Select the menu drop-down in the right upper hand corner select Preferences.
  2. Go to the Privacy & Security tab and click Clear Data under the Cookies and Site Data section.
  3. Select the Cookies and Site Data option then click the Clear button. Close the Preferences page.

In Edge:
  1. Click on the Edge menu (3 dots) on the top right hand side.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. On the left hand side, click Cookies and site permissions.
  4. Under the Manage and delete cookies and site data section click See all cookies and site data.
  5. A new dialogue box will open.
  6. Click Remove all.

In Safari:
1. Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner next to the Apple symbol
2. Click on  Settings...
3. A new dialogue box will open
4. Click Privacy
5. Click on the Manage Website Data button
6. To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all
7. A new dialogue box will open
8. Click Remove Now
9. Wait a few moments, then click Done
10. Close the dialogue box remaining
11. Press Command +Q to quit Safari

Other things you can try, if you are still having issues:
1. Try setting your router (or computer's) DNS settings to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 (rather than your router IP or the ones used by your ISP).
 - If this solves the issue, then the issue was DNS caused by your ISP.
2. You could also try using a VPN (this will bypass the DNS and caching used by your ISP completely).
-  If this solves the issue, then the issue was either the ISP DNS or their caching (or both).
