Do NOT try and login to the subscription site if you do not have an account or an active subscription; if you do try to do so without an active account, you will be blocked!
Try to log in as normal, and if you enter an incorrect password, you will see the following:
Then click on the Lost ‘Your Password’ link, and you will see the following:
Then enter in your existing (valid) subscription userid or the email address registered, and click on the Get New Password button.
You should then receive an email (within a few minutes) with a password reset link, similar to the screen shot below:
Click on the password reset link in the email and set your new password, and then log in with the new password you set.
