Do You Offer Translated Versions of the Map Key (Legend) File?

The file is created in English, so unfortunately not, same with every other language, sorry. 
 
Why not? There are over 7000 spoken languages and over 300 different writing systems in use across the world; hopefully you can see the scale of the work involved. 
 
I have customers all over the world using my maps and only one of them have ever asked me to produce a non-English version of the map legend file in over 17 years of me creating and offering the maps.

However, if you want to create your own translated copy, you can do this quite easily via Google Translate; see the instructions below:

Translate documents (via Google Translate)
You can translate documents up to 10 MB in any of these formats: .docx, .pdf, .pptx, .xlsx. PDF files must be 300 pages or less.

Important:
Document translation isn’t available on smaller screens or mobile.
You can find text in images and scanned .pdf pages in the output document but they aren’t translated.
  1. In your browser, go to Google Translate.
  2. At the top, click Documents.
  3. Choose the languages to translate to and from. (To automatically set the original language of a document, click Detect language, or manually select the input and output languages).
  4. Click Browse your computer.
  5. Select the file you want to translate.
  6. Click Translate and wait for the document to finish translating.
  7. Click Download translation to download your translated document.
