How long will delivery take?
This will depend on the item you purchased, see below for some examples:
- Automatic delivery option maps; you will receive an email containing a unique (personalised) link to the download, within 10 minutes of payment, usually within 5 minutes or less. If you don’t see your Order Completed email within a few minutes, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder.
- Electronic downloads orders for self install, I usually process these within 24 hours (often less) of the order being submitted. You will be sent a personalised download link for all electronic download orders via email. If you don’t see your Order Completed email, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder.
- Card orders to UK addresses, I usually process these in under 24 hours and all orders are sent via 1st class post (or other selected delivery option).
If you are unsure of the status of your order, after the estimated time-frame has elapsed, then please contact us via the contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. When contacting us please ensure that you include the order number. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder before contacting us.
